To begin with, the most important thing to know is that KSI creates digital twins of physical spaces

But what is a digital twin?

A digital twin is a virtualization of a real-world object or space, which attempts to virtually reproduce its behavior as accurately as possible in a virtual environment.

In this way, it is possible to study the space virtually, and subject it to tests and analysis.

KSI provides a lot of objective data on the commercial space, which allows to detect multiple opportunities for optimization. From a store's point of view, it has been shown that the information provided by the platform can create a significant increase in sales in less than 60 days. However, the information can be used not only in a store, but at the corporate level, allowing to implement substantial improvements in the customer experience, the management of the store staff, marketing campaigns, business intelligence strategies, among others.

KSI reuses cameras that are normally used for security purposes, resulting in very low installation costs. All necessary hardware are standard components, and can be purchased universally. Which implies that there is no need to implement specific sensors, proprietary protocols or closed systems.

• Efficient management of processing resources: KSI implements multiple optimization techniques (in memory management, data decoding, parallel processing, neural network optimization, among others) that allow simultaneous running:- Large numbers of cameras,- or with several layers of Artificial Intelligence in real time,- or with low-cost standard equipment

• The ability to track people between different cameras in space: This allows for more complete and complex analyzes of customer behavior, impossible to achieve by point-based sensing systems.
