How did the process begin?

The shopping center group decided to modernize its people counting systems, replacing counting sensors with KSI's advanced video analytics in order to obtain more information from its visitors.

 

They were surprised when they saw that the traditional sensors they had, although they were the most renowned in the world, had a problem: when groups of visitors traveled together, or in crowds, the sensors counted 20% less traffic.
